Though I want ME3 Citadel to win, it was a hard choice for me since I loved Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon too.

Time to choose.

Yes, but it's content that you download.

So are all the other XBLA/PSN games and such, though.  

You don't need Far Cry 3 to play Blood Dragon.

I casted my vote for the Citadel DLC, Witcher 3 and Grand Theft Auto 5. I haven't even played any of the other nomination so I didn't vote on those. LOL.

Including Blood Dragon in there kind of seems unfair, I don't think that technically counts as DLC does it? It's a standalone game that doesn't need Far Cry 3 to run.
Either way Blood Dragon gets my vote, we need more endeavors like it. Take the game mechanics already in place and make something new and exciting with them.

Blood Dragon gets my vote and even if that doesn't count as DLC i would choose Tiny Tina.
All Citadel did is reminded me how much i love Shepard and his/her friends before everything gets ruined.

Shadow Broker got my vote, Citadel won't.

Ah, but I got you now. EP isn't a PSP downloadable title, it's a PSN download of its PS1 counterpart. NOT DLC! BOOM!

It's still a download of a product part of an exsisting product which you don't need to play said product.
