I wouldn't mind visiting Highever, even though it may be a bit weird as I wouldn't be playing my Cousland Warden...

Really would not like to see more Kirkwall
On a side note, it would be nice to have a world map that gives us a sense of actual geographic distance, not that wierd stuff in DA2.

- Antiva
- Tevinter
- Weisshaupt Fortress
- Aeonar (the mage prison)
- The Anderfels
- The Dales
- Kal'Sharok
- Nevarra
And places that we've already seen (purely for curiosity's sake):
- Denerim
- Kirkwall
- Orzammar
- Brecillian Forest
I guess that's it, I can't really think of anything else.

For example - thinking vertically. Places you can just wow the player with the sheer scale of the location. I'd love to see a village built into a cliffside or into towering columns underground and even ceilings overhead. Imagine a true "Kingdom of the Spiders" with blanketed layers of networked webbing stretching up narrow chasm...
It's not enough to just have a big open space, it has to be an interesting space. Lit to create a certain mood and a colour palette to set it apart.

On a more serious note: Nevarra, and the deep roads or other subterrenean area. I love the isolated feeling of being helplessly far below ground, isolated in dark caverns surrounded by creatures of nightmare c'thulu style.
However the fade invasion is from the sky? So I doubt there will be any underground areas as the Inquisition will happen up above.

I could make some jesting comment here that "Inside Cassandra is the only location I need" but that would be vulgar and immature so I'll refrain from saying it.

The tunnels leading to Kal Sharok probably.

It's great to finally have a game engine where you could conceivably throw ideas like this at it. I'm hoping we'll see some bold level design in this one.eluvianix wrote...

Yes, but that third image was by far the best. I could totally see something like this in the Deep Roads. I would go nuts if we get something like that.

Posted my thoughts in the respective threads already. But I thought it was interesting that it appears they have functioning windows in the game (as opposed to just a texture or light source). Which potentially means indoor and outdoor areas will be seemless, like the outdoor areas and caves.Angrywolves wrote...

Imagine being able to look out over a vista from inside a tower or castle. Being able to spy through windows and overhear conversations, and so on...

Didn't realize they had built Hobbiton from permanent materials and that people will be able to visit it.A treat for players who live down there.
People have debated whether that was really Redcliff or where Crestwood is or where the bridge was, whether is it near Tevinter or not.
I hope they release more external landscape/scenery pics soon.
