I want to build a church of Tyr instead of the monastery but I have already saved the game. Is there a way (a console comand or something) to undo it?

No. You made your choice. Deal with it.

Evicting warrior-monks is never a good idea anyway. They have long memories.

Might be spoilery in a non-spoiler forum. You could read it yourself in Game Banshee's walkthrough.

You can undo it. Which buildings you get is controlled by a variable that is set when you elect the build that building. You would need to change the build monastery variable to 0 and the build church of tyr variable to 1 (or whatever they are).
