After Zevran was added to my party I left that area, now reading on the site I was supposed to search the bodies for a codex page to complete the FOTRJ mission. Is there any way to acquire this codex page after leaving the area?
I didn't pick up the Friends of the Red Jenny codex.

Enable the developer console, and jump to the location. The bodies should remain lootable. You'd probably need to use the random encounters debug script; you can refer the DA wiki regarding that and more.

I've entered the runscript zz_ran_bebg into the console but now I'm unsure how to travel back to that random encounter location.

Follow the menu that opens up. Don't exactly remember what is the location listed as, must be in the plot related section.
