I had to remove and reinstall DAO yesterday and I haven't been able to download the purchased DLCs (Keep, Shale, the dagger and the 4th one).  I remained logged in all night and let the downloadable content to download - yet they timed out...  This is frustrating.  Is there a place I can dowload them directly rather than use that clumsy interface?

Not good situation at all.. try asking about this problem to some forum moderator (if it's possible), or check in the tech forums
