The Omega DLC was very cool TBH. Would've liked to bring my team on board though, and had it be a hub world. I'm not saying that it's a favourite, but I liked it especially because of its permutative endings (three playthroughs, three distinct endings - that's already more than the Catalyst originally gave us).
Least favourite? Not getting a chance to kill the Leviathan and its kin. Feels like that story was written out before they realised people didn't like having absolutely no choice or say in the story.
