Hi I have ordered a hoodie from the store and it has been 3 weeks since and I have not received my order. I have placed a ticket for help but its been almost a week and it is still waiting to be handed over to a agent. I do have a tracking number and have checked the tracking on the bioware store support site as well but the tracking number as usual is useless and the support site just says it has been shipped out. Pls help as I really need a hoodie for my trip at the end of November. And help is appreciated. Order number 200107460.
