 I've read that Marksman became bugged at some point. Is it still bugged? If so, does it affect only Ashley, or is it bugged a bonus power for Shepard, too?

Putting points into Ashley's Marsman and having "squad mates outo power use" active makes her switch it on/off and doing nothing else.
It never got fixed imho.
Marksman works fine as bonus power for Shepard, it works fine for Ash if you switch off the squads auto power use or if you do not spec any points into Ash's Marksman.

As far as I can tell, you cannot get Ash's Marksman to work if you have auto-power off. I never have. I click it, nothing happens, no cool down, no nothing. I never put any points into it.

I think the bug is related to when marksman goes on cooldown. if i equip ashley with a lancer with autocast off and activate marksman it seems her RoF increases and the cooldown triggers when marksman expires.

It still seems to bug with certain weapons while she's in cover.
