Look. I bought bioware points. Turns out the game version I use doesn't support those DLC's so the points are stuck in a failed limbo. I don't want a refund of my money but I want a refund of my points. No, I am not going to buy the game through Origin. I am playing Dragon Age: Origins via disc and I like it that way.
What can be done to fix this problem? This is incredibly frustrating. I contacted Origin and was told the points would be refunded. The problem has not been fixed nearly five days later. I have gone in circles. Perhaps they were not the correct people to conact.
These points need to be refunded and I would like to know who to contact to make that happen? Please.
