Does anyone know how detailed the import is? for instance if I beat the game once doing everything, then using the same character to beat it again but just doing the main story. Will it take the data from the entire import file or just the last game completetion you did on that character?
Basically i'm on my 3rd run(going for lvl60) but I don't want to have to do all the detailed stuff, ie talk to Conrad Verner and stuff because I don't need the XP.
In short the character I want to use it my first playthrough essentially, because it's the one I made all my important decisions with.
How exactly does importing work?

Every completion is separate.
Complete it once with 'L33tShep' and do every mission. You will get an import with every mission done.
Complete it another time with 'L33tShep' and only do the main mission. That will create a different import which didn't do any missions.
In total that gives you two imports to pick from.

Every time you finish ME1 the game makes a save with all of your decisions on it. Which means you will be able to load a save from both you first and second playthrough's, and choose accordingly.

Ahh I see, good news then. I thought every finish may have compiled all into one and just letting you pick the last playthrough.
Anyways thanks for the info guys
