Reasonably self explanatory title.
I don't mean gear.
For instance I lost my Cyclonic III but kept my ammo and Adrenaline mod. Fist time that's happened to me in... er, uhm. checks 544 hrs played. Ever. Never lost one rather than the other.
Clearly the sky is falling.
Losing some consumables but not others.

Did the host quit but you kept playing? Sometimes the game will reequip the same gear but actually take it from your supply. So if you had multiples of the ammo and adrenaline but only one of the cyclonic, everything reloads but the gear you ran out of.
