Before I moved into my hall, internet was fine. Now in the hall, its gone completely ****.

I was able to get the internet working for both my laptop and console in the end. Laptop was easiest because to be able to get access to the internet, I had to sign in through a website called "Studentcom".

Now for the Xbox, If I used wifi, I can't log into Studentcom. So I had to resort to using an ethernet cable. This worked but not it has stopped working again.

I get the message "Your console can't connect to Xbox live. Do you want to exist this essions and test your network connection? If you are playing a game, you will lose any unsaved progress."

Now, I did the network test and my connection to studentcom is fine, but I'm not connecting to the internet through studentcom. Both wired and wireless. Laptop is fine wireless.

I've used two ethernet cables, both are useless.

Okay, I was able to connect fine last night, now I can't connect again. I did not touch anything, just turned the Xbox off.
