Turian Soldier
Cerberus Vanguard (I had a really killer build too)
N7 Slayer and Shadow
Drell Assassin (pure sniper setup)
Volus Engineer, Paladin, and N7 Destroyer are some I overused and eventually got tired of.

Honestly I don't play a ton of classes anymore. Mostly what I play recently is Human Engineer, Kroguard, Geth Infiltrator, Geth Juggernaut, Turian Ghost, Krogan Warlord if I'm feeling dumb, or very recently the Batarian Brawler which I just unlocked.

Shadow and Vanguards because I don't host often. Human engineer because my taste in characters changed completely when I finally learned to play. I still bust her out now and then but she used to be my goto character before I decided that everything needed a Raider blast to the face all of the time. SO now I mostly huntress and Human Infil.

If you like a Raider to the face, why don't you play Turian Soldier?

Because I suck with all Turians that aren't the Cabal (I guess I do ok with the Sentinel but not great).  The lack of dodge destroys me.  I do alright with Batarians, though.  Go figure.  But most of my Infiltrators are some sort of shotgun/melee combo so the Raider works well there.  My Geth Infil is the only character I can reliably Claymore with because the gap for my reload cancel comes a bit faster so I don't bork it.  Got too used to the Raider's faster cancel, I guess.

Asari Adept

The regular old glass cannon Asari Adept was once pretty much all I played. I can't remember when I last played her. I prefer the more tanky Biotic characters now because I play much more aggressively. Kits like the Valkyrie Sentinel and N7 Fury. Still, she is one of my favorites.

Completely opposite for me, I love  the Shadow but she was the first kit I was good enough to PUG gold with, so I kinda got tired of her because for a while I played the Shadow almost exclusively. I host relatively often, but I either play my beloved Vanguards() or my Fury/Valkyrie.

Also the N7 Shadow. I love that character because she had the Thatchers to bring a sword to a gunfight. But I've just grown tired of playing the character.

Human Engineer. Since my first Shepard was an engineer, the HE was also the first class I played in MP. I've always like him and his powers, and used him for a very long time. I haven't used him in ages though. I really should bring him out once more, and take Droney for a spin... (I'm much worse at naming drones than Tali).

I use all of them really. Lately I've been playing the DrellAssassin more since I'm trying to solo gold with him.

edit: Also I really like the Javelin/GI but I can't use him much on plat since I've only got the Javelin at III, which means I only get 8 spare shots at a time, max.

I love the shadow but i used her les than 10 times in the last 6 month ... and i end up using the fury a lot.

Same here, rarely use the Demolisher any more. Though because of this post, I may try her our again this afternoon.

That, and the Asari Vanguard, mainly because I play mostly off-host.
