just thinking if we aren't going to be going aroudn collecting allies, then are we basicly just going to go aroudn solving problems or just being a counter force to the red templar... cause if the red templar are going to be the main angaonists then.. meh.. kinda sounds like a watered down ME3, Orgins.

the red templars will be a nuisance , certainly not the main enemy.
Taking a balanced approach , being against blood magic and abomination but wanting freedom should, I hope have the broadest appeal and gain my Inquisitor support from both groups, at least from the reasonable ones I hope.

I guess his/her natural allies will depend on the inquisitor's race and background. If your an elf, then the Dalish and city elves with have no problem with helping you so much as if you were human.

true that. We also know that racism will be a factor, some groups either MAY not support you because of your race or may reject you out of hand. I presume there WILL be workarounds possible. One less than astute player criticized me on another thread for pointing out a Qunari Inquisitor might have problems in Tevinter. He was dismissive of that. I think a Qunari Inquisitor will have problems in Tevinter , but there should, be a workaround for it.
So there will be racial advantages for some Inquisitors in some cases and disadvantages in other cases. shrugs.
