Can someone tell me if the Radius evolution at rank 4 of Charge will set off up to three combos, or just one combo with the charge-target?

Radius will allow 3 total impacts (base charge is 1, radius adds 2).

Yes, as long as they are all primed.

Probably best squad mate power for priming 3 targets in SP is Inferno Grenade, with Reave in 2nd.

Incinerate does not have sufficient radius for most encounters, and Overload will only prime 1 target at a time.  Nearly all biotics except Reave are one target primers.

Then there are the ammo powers.
