Hi, I collected all 5 of the bones before activating this quest. Now that I have
found the skull, there's no way to activate it. It does not highlight and
clicking on it does nothing. Is this a bug? Or am I missing something? Thanks!

Possibly, though if it is a bug I've never heard of it before. If you have the bones you should be able to reattach them to the skull.

I'm also having problems with the Blight Orphans quests. I have the moonshine, etc, but the crate says I don't have the things they want. Perhaps it's a mod conflict. As long as something does not hold up the main quest, I don't mind too much.

I think mod conflict sounds most plausible then. Although I bet it's a pain. It's not like the vanilla game wasn't buggy enough, tbh.

That's very true. Well, I'll just keep my fingers crossed that I can get through the storyline without a hitch. So far, so good.
