We should start hearing some things about the next ME story. IMHO, it's about time for a broad cast of some kind.

I'm guessing we probably won't start hearing much about the next Mass Effect game until after DA:I ships. That seemed to be the case with previous titles at least. You didn't hear much about the next Mass Effect game until after the next DA game had shipped and vice versa.

VGA was a rumor, but it would be a good time for an announcement trailer/initial info.

But yes, we won't hear a ton until DA:I gets released. However, we'll also likely know at least the premise and most general info of ME4 before that.

Personal bet - Next summer, once the Foundation comics are done (which I also predict might have a twist at the end of it). The comics are going monthly, so June-Augustish.

Late 2014 til sometime 2015 then will be all about the Mass Effect hype, if I'm correct.

Anyway, my point is that around now, when gamers (not 'hardcore' like in E3 announcements but even more 'casual' overall) are most paying attention to the industry's releases, would be damn good to at least say what your game is gonna be, and what it is generally about. VGA is that Mountain Dew Doritos flavored time.

Mass Effect 4-
Of the three rumored titles, Mass Effect 4 is the only game that is confirmed to be showing a trailer at the 2013 VGA's.
