Yes. EA says I have an old e-mail address that I did to ID and then they should be able to fix the problem, let's hope.

Alright, this is good. They asked me for codes for Shale, BD Armor, mem. ring and wolf charm to manually add them to this acct. I ended up getting some nice rings from DA:J, The Edge, pics and the error msg. went away. Hope this rep is on top of it.

Man I am really getting tired of EA/BioWare crap. They linked my gamer tag with my new e-mail address and told me to try it now. I turned the game on and got the term of service deal so I thought great finally fixed. Then I see new DLC so I check it out and it's the luck stone. I down loaded for free. Then tried to restart my game from a previous save it it won't allow me claiming that I am missing the Feral Wolf Charm and I need to down load it again. The problem is that it does not show up any where to re-down load. As much as I love this game I am begining to get turned off by

it since I cannot access my saves to my favorite characters that took over 100 hours to create.

Sorry again man, this is what I was trying to say prev. post. I think they needed to manually put your codes for the free dlc on this acct. Try this before you blast them. Go in to where you manage acct.and find download history. It should have everything that you put through the GTag. Maybe you won't have to wait for 'care' again. I'll keep my yap shut next time. You're worse off than before.

Heck, thank you for the advice. And I have looked at my down load history and guess what? No Feral Wold charm ANYWHERE. this is not an uncommon problem as I have found out surfing the web. Many others have had this same exact problem. How can the game lock me out of save files because of a DLC that does not even appeal anywhere on my system???? And why does it not show that it has been down loaded! This is nuts!

Crap. One last try, if you still have an email address send the codes from the card in the box to him and say they have to be put on the new acct. manually. Explain someone named Nathaniel knew all about it but of course they could be in different countries. I shouldn't have assumed they would all know the same thing.



Hope ME2 is bug free and we should both have the proper links for the Cerberus Net. If they can't get this done play a new character for a day and hope BW/EA fix all this with a patch sometime soon. The silence on this side will be deafening by Tuesday.

Fantastic! They e-mailed me back and said they put the FWC back into my file and now everything seems to be working fine. I checked my saves and they are all working fine (as of now) LOL! And I even got to down load the lucky stone as a gift so to speak. Thanks for all your help.
