Companions: Sten, Wynne and Liliana(after DA2 and Asunder)

None Companions: Howe, Logain, the Revered Mother at Ostgar and the Son of the Bann of Denerium.

DA2:

None Companion: Meredith, Cullen, Liliana, Alrik, Karras, Grace, most of the blood mages really(actually I kinda felt sorry for them. I always wondered what drove them to such insanity), the Arishok and a lot more. I don't know how I forgot her but I HATE Elthina. I wish I could have killed her sooner. 

DA Comics: The main bad guy who's name escapes me.

Asunder: Lambert, Liliana, the Divine and most of the templars especially the big nosed one.

Leliana - she's a redhead, I like her singing and when your pick her to open locks she giggles(if romanced) and her accent

Morrigan - Claudia Black, her funny remarks towards other characters

Isabela - she makes my femhawke smile

Aveline - she is a tank, devoted to her job

dog from DAO - devoted and I like watching him clawing away at the bad guys


dislike and why

Zevran - anyone who tries to kill me I have to return the favor, so I kill him

Merril - little kid playing with blood magic. Like nothing will happen with that.

Anders - the dirtbag merging with a spirit and doing things only for his interest without considering the consequences for his actions

Fenris - always claiming mages will turn to blood magic crap. I play a mage most times and I wanted to stick a fireball down his throat. 

All the other characters are ok

I'd say Morrigan. Varric is my favourite in DA2.
If it counts as a companion, the one I disliked most is Vengeance.

Origins:

Sten: Kept me on my toes always told it like it was, always knew where he stood.
Morrigan: Pretty much the same as Sten, but just loved everything about her character.
Leliana: Cute, Sexy and dangerous at the same time.
Dog: Just like my real life dog, even shares the name. Faithful best friend with a you'll have to go through me attitude.

Awakenings:

Sigurn: Just loved Sigurn, can't say how much, so glad the Warden Commander kept finding things for her to do to keep her around.
Anders: Loved Awakenings Anders, some of his lines to the Warden were classic.

DA:2

Pretty much only Varric: Comedy, bud.

DA:O - Alistair, Morrigan, Oghren, Loghain, Leliana.

DA:A - Nathaniel, Oghren (again), Sigrun, Anders.

GoA: All of them.

WH: Arianne, Finn.

DA2: Varric, Bethany, Aveline, Isabela.

Aveline and Sten. If I had to pick from these - Sten.

Origins: Shale. I like them all, but she'll always be my absolute favorite.
Awakening: None? They're pretty cool, but I didn't fall in love with any of them.
Witch Hunt: Finn. He stands out above the expansion and all the DLC.
DA2: Carver. Points to Aveline, Fenris, and Varric, but Carver is still the best.

There aren't any that I really dislike. I didn't like the way Jennifer's companions were written as much, but I don't think the characters themselves were bad.

David's comics and novels are all good, but I don't view those characters the same way; I can't think of any I wouldn't want to see in the games, so maybe they'll end up as favorites for Inquisition.

I would say for DAO: Pretty much everyone. Although maybe with Sten I didn't talk with him as much as the others, but I still thought he was interesting.

Awakening: Anders and Justice before they merged. Although there are things I appreciate about all of them here.

Dragon Age 2: Varric, both siblings (Carver does complain, but I still find my self liking him, especially Grey Warden Carver), and the elf companions (Fenris and Merrill- at least as a rival in Merrill's case). I'd almost want to put Sebastian on this list as well, but I felt like he wasn't given enough time and I felt it was disappointing.

DAO: Leliana, Alistair and Shale were my faves. Sten was my least fave.

DAA:Justice, Nathaniel. No least fave.

DA2: Merrill was my fave. Anders began to grate on me by Act 3.

DAO: I like them all, except Alistair and Wynne, because they both annoy the hell out of me. I always reject her from joining the party, and I'd give Alistair the boot if the game would let me. I take every possible opportunity to tell him off and annoy him with evil decisions.

Awakening: Velanna cause she's tough and hot. And Oghren of course cause he's my fellow dwarf buddy. Sigrun is so-so. I don't really like any of the others.

DA2: Merrill because she's such a little doll, even though she does blood magic, it's entirely out of naivety, and her intentions are genuinely good. Anders because he's my fellow mage-in-arms, and is pretty sexy. Isabela because she's just hilarious and wicked awesome. Varric because he's cool. Bethany seemed like a great girl, but I never got to know her well because I always, always play as a mage (so therefore she always dies in the prologue).

Leliana is OK as long as she doesn't preach to me. The dwarves have their own stories, they don't need to borrow hers.

Companions - Fenris (voice actor/powers/fighting style), Oghren (personality), Zevran (personality/fighting style), Wynne (personality/alternative mage option), Loghain (backstory/complex personality/voice actor/gives great speeches), and Sigrun (personality).

Side Characters - Wade and Herren (fun), Hubert Bartiere (accent and fun), Emeric (accent mostly, especially that one line... "these are human bones...")
