I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but anyway... 

I was trying out a weapon at the Citadel shooting range and wanted to mod it. So I activated the workbench, clicked Modify and in the bottom right corner, where you select your mods, there was only this weird, creepy blue face. I got a bit startled and quit the game right away. I tried to Google it, but found nothing.

I'd like to show you a picture of it, but when I started the game again to get a screenshot, it was gone, making this whole thing even creepier. All I can say is, it was a bit similar to the creepy face embedded in the spectrograph of the Aphex Twin song, [Equation].

So, am I going crazy or is my computer haunted? Or is there a perfectly reasonable explanation? Is it just some bug that happened due to modding the game? Or what? If you have an explanation for this, please tell me.

Is this PC? Workbench usually gets bugged for me if I play multiplayer and singleplayer without exiting the game in between.
