Avoid KockaDevices! Actually, I had cyclonics which made all the difference tbh. The games were actually pretty smooth. lol And kaxas has a solid backpack. I'm down to re-attempt ours though. I know we can improve them significantly.

-you can easily farm tech kills with incinerate (hit abominations with incinerate first, then a small burst with an incendiary Reegar will get you the tech kill thanks to the stacking glitch)

-if you see a Collector Captain, run. Preferably to the other side of the map.

Edit: I think I may nerf the reqs for Annihilation to 20 Headshots and 25 biotic kills each. I know I've said this before. I've had several runs at this challenge with different people and I think it is pretty grindy and difficult. While it's doable, there have been a few times where we've completed the run and one person was missing either biotic kills or headshots. I think this makes it a more enjoyable challenge...
