I tend to buy spectre packs. I've literally started to hate PSP since i have a maxed manifest cuz I'm sick of lvl4 cryo ammo. Spectre packs give me a lots of medigel, rockets and other good consumables. But PSPs...they make me loose my patience with those cryo ammos, and they seem to contain less consumables too.

So?

Jumbo Packs, Recruit Packs ( to get 2-3 missiles when you go below 255), Arsenal Packs for all the other rare stuff you need.
I always buy Arsenal packs when I have a full 255 in missile, gels , therman clips and ops packs. This way I get 3 silver cards and 2 gold cards and I maximize my equipment.

Sometimes recruit packs to level up a char and veterans to obtain level 3 equipment.

Spectre Packs would be a viable option if they didn't drop character cards a lot of the time which is a complete waste for me as I no longer promote.

You should buy nothing. Spend that time playing another game as if you maxed your manifest, you obviously have a lot of free time.

I've asked this before. Someone who did the maths said that you buy JEPs until at least 2 of your consumables are at the 255 cap. Only then do you buy Spectre packs.

Jumbos to max consumables. Spectre packs after that... Occasional 99k pack if I want level IV stuff... But the Spectre packs keep a steady flow of those.

to soothe my minor OCD.

then spend the rest on PSPs. unless I see I have 60,000 even. then I buy SPs...
may also be OCD related...sorta.
