Spectre Packs for level three gear such as rail amps, strength enhancers, adrenaline mods. Premiums for level four ammo, power amps and cyclonics. Jumbos when very low on D-pad consumables.

Spectre packs for level 3 equipment, arsenal packs for level 3 and level 4's. I never buy reserves packs as I don't promote anymore after reaching 60, but if you do promote I'd recommend buying reserves packs for xp cards.

Earlier today I bought an arsenal pack and got double cryo 4s.
