Is he too jack-of-all-trades and specialty-of-none? Am I leaving out something I shouldn't?

20% headshot damage bonus can be skipped to put points into Speed and Vision.

The only way I play the GI.
I wouldn't skip rank 6 on hunter mode, dat speed+vision.
HM is one of those powers that, imo, is only worth it at rank 6.
Seems legit ;PFerocious Panda wrote...

Edit - I've also been known to 0/0/0/0/0 every now and then ;P

This if you want a hybrid build. I would also go all in on melee if you're going to use it some.FasterThanFTL wrote...
You are missing Speed and Vision Evo on Hunter-Mode.

Something like that would be my preference if I wanted to do all things better than every other kit but nothing to GI levels on optimal builds. Weapon damage would be a little better with full weapons passive but the GI is a damn murder machine anyways that does twice the DPS of most kits anyways with a weapon. Melee would be a little better with hydraulics but you can't have everything.
You get good damage for Assault Loadout, a few free reloads with 100% bonus damage for a while.

Same with Fitness to six. Unnecessary, only exception is melee GI goodness.

Dropping rank six of Hunter Mode is a big no-no.

Evidently you didn't look at his build. It is mostly for melee. Skipped Martial Artist for Shield Recharge.
I would go martial artist. The 75% bonus is pretty fantastic. Also, would recommend speed and vision in Hunter mode to help get in and out of spawns quickly for melee.

I would almost say the Venom would be better for him as a melee kit and then swap to a good ranged weapon like the hurricane, talon, lancer, harrier, etc for bosses.heroicmass wrote...

For sniper use 65663. Gear I use Survival/Assault Loadout if it's Gold or Platinum and I am not hosting. Headshot VI on plat on host.
For non sniper 46664.
those are the most common build. Use 66660 if you feel brave you can use 66660.
I was just about to ask about what options to take for something very similar to your 46664 build, so thanks.

Unfortunately I have to make guesses when I'm on my phone at work. The signal's largely blocked and doing almost anything on Safari browser makes it explode. So, my bad.

Though I'd say accuracy helps more than RoF though. Talon might befenit the most from HM and TC.

you can make a build that works for sniper, shotgun, pistol, AR, and SMGs at the same time. It all depends on how you spec Hunter mode
The build of all Builds, except for melee GI. Use this....kalence.drupalgardens.com/me3-builder#55!2805575!!34O52334!EBGA3S
Also is vision the better evo on rank 6?

I my opinion yes. This is due to the damage bonus being additive, not multiplicative. It doesn't really do much to change your time to kill. Awareness and speed will usually win out in that instance for me.
