     After I enter the Gallows Courtyard the cutscene plays, talk, etc. Then the second one plays with her praying, sword slamming, etc. After all that the cutscene ends then we all stand there and do nothing. I can click on her and she say "you should take care what friends you keep, Champion," that's it. I can do nothing else now.

    Anyone have a Console command I can use, a mod that fixes it, anything? I'd really rather not play the whole game again in an attempt to hope that it'll work.

That's an odd bug. Are you using any mods that might cause a conflict?

I only have DLCs installed, nothing else.

I finally fixed it through console commands. Had to use "runscript zz_mcr_debug" to "reset" the plot of the act basically. Somewhere along the way the game hated me for doing something. But in the end it works.
