For example, being forced by the game as a pragmatic-non-evil-blood-mage, to side with slaver scum, because everyone else is too narrow-minded to differentiate between a tool and the purposes that some as*holes use it for.

My only real "fear" is not being able to decide for myself about moral issues.

I don't think there's anything that would ultimately stop me getting the game.
I'd be upset if there was a forced multiplayer component though...
this. MP is pretty much the only thing that would turn me off, based on what we've been shown thus far.

I don't think the game will host a multiplauer of any sort. The game itself might not allow that and this isn't exactly something like... God of War Ascention or Dark Souls for example.
If there were a multiplayer option you would have this mass of Inquisitors clash againts eachother or in teams againts certain opponents; something like that Mass Effect 3 thing that didn't quite got to some people.
But on the whole I do hope that multiplayer will not be available for Inquisition. Maybe something like an Online feature to share achievements and other stuff, but that would also be pointless.

Creating tons of side quests will not make the world alive, but will make it a boring farm ground, like a MMO.
Caring about past events too much beyond few most important ones in cost of less time spent for the new game's main plot will never make the game great.

I fear... well, and I'm 99% sure DA:I will not make it to my top 5. Too many excess things (like side quests or DA Keep) in cost of worse main plot, obviously. Time limits are time limits... No one will give BioWare more time for development than they already have.

Not to be rude or anything but by judging your channel and top lists I'm a little skeptical about you actualy playing games at all.
1) Beyond two Souls - Heavy Rain is its better
2) Remember Me - so-so, not horrible but its one way to kill too much time doesnt deserve 2nd place
3) The Last of Us - the most amazing story line with well written characters deserves number 1
4) Mass Effect Triology should have been higher
5) DeusEx Human Revolution - only smart pick you made

I like my top 5 as it is.

I was just barely able to accept it in ME3 cause I had two games already to define my Shepard. But if they decide to do it in a game where I'm making up a brand new character, I just don't think I'll be able to enjoy myself...
I feel like they won't cause they must know how despised it is! But again, until I see otherwise I'm bracing myself for the worst...

Too many fans all wanting Bioware games catered to their tastes, leading to too many protests about this and that when DAI is released, and that is the end of the series.
Bioware says enough of offering choice and variety. No one is happy - so why bother.
So too many uncompromising fans is my greatest fear.
(I loved each one of the DA and ME games. Each different - each played on own merit)

2.One unnamed character who dies early on but always haunts the inquisitor in dreams even with deaths of more developed characters.
3. Most of the enemies being evil or irreversible crazy rather than having their own reasons to being against you.

- crappy characters
- repetitive, shallow gameplay
- useless, insignificant choices
overall, DA 2 all over again = my worst nightmare.

cheap invisible walls
That is easy to get around, although as recent BioWare games have proven, it is not easy to get around in a logical manner from the perspective of the character.

Non-optimization for the PC
PC = workstation.
Console = playstation.
Specialization = the catalyst of the progress.
Games shouldn't be optimized for PCs, they should be optimized for consoles. And PCs should be optimized for working.
