[V for Vasco]

I used the save editor and gave myself super stats which meant i could do the Sith base on Taris without any help from t3.
Now i'm at the point where i'm supposed to buy him to get into the base but canderous just acts like i already went into the base (which i did) and wont give me the prompt to go to the store lady about T3, if I speak to the store lady she just gives me the standard "waiting for a special client" speech and doesn't unlock the buy option.
I'm supposed to get into Davik's base and i don't even have T3 and i'm guessing that once I move on i won't be able to recruit him.
My question is: is there anyway to edit the save so that i either have T3 or go back into an earlier point in the quest so i can recruit him?
If none of those things are possible does anyone have a save with a long haired male LS in taris just before the sith base/davik's base?
