Tevos I guess. And Shiala, and Aria are alright too,though Shiala didn't get enough screen time for me to get too attached to her,and Aria can come off as a complete tryhard.

It's because she's willing to do whatever it takes for a mission. She's a Spectre, so she's obviously very skilled, and she is very resourceful and clever. Her taking a hostage was brilliant. The only problem is that she's dealing with a guy who's perfectly willing to kill a hostage (or 10). Plus, if you play an uber-Paragon Shepard, she gives you a good speech on why you're full of ****. Renegade makes it appear forced.

If only Liara was like that, a badass Shadow-broker.
