Krogan shaman is really underrated imo, I rarely see it in lobbies. He's a solid kit and great fun.

The "best" kits are probably TGI, GI, GT, Destroyer, AIU, KroGuard, and DI.

My favorites to play are the GE, Turian Soldier, QME, and Drell Adept

You don't see a lot of people going on the offensive with the juggernaut, when he can really dish lots of damage. Most PUGs will just high five everything, and that's why I agree, to some extend, that it's overrated. It gives an early gold access to newcomers, but that's just about it if you don't know how to play him.

What about the krpgan vanguard? I find him much more survivable than a TGI, he really can't die. He does high damage with a reegar with max level incendiary and weapon amps. He has the perfect combination of survivability and damage output.

I'll try and explain. Whenever you start talking about "under or over" rated anything, you are making assumptions on what others are thinking. I'm not saying the Geth Juggernaut is a bad kit, I'm saying people tend to think it is better than it really is. A lot of people would say it is one of the best kits in the game. It is the most played kit in the game, that shows it is highly rated. 

It is extremely resiliant thanks to high shields and the melee and it has a decent power in siege pulse. But it is really slow.

A fully competent team will clear any map on any level faster without a Juggernaut than with one simply because of its lack of speed, which goes against what you said. I also actually think it is one of the more difficult kits to solo gold or platinum mainly because you cannot kite. The same problem strikes you when you are pugging and the team goes awol. And it is strangely lag dependent with both siege pulse and heavy melee not behaving properly under even moderate lag.

I feel the TGI kills quicker, and with less risk overall. Kroguard is a total murder train for sure... But his susceptibility against sync killers makes me think the TGI is better overall. I really do think the TGI is the best character in the game from a min/max perspective. Kroguard also needs a cyclonic 3 or 4 to really achieve that incredible level of tankiness IMO... TGI doesn't need a cyclonic at all. 

The TGI can also be 6/6/6/6/6 glitched, has the best shield wiping ability in the game (cloaked overload).. the only thing that comes close to it or surpasses it is a cloaked Arc Nade.

- Most underrated: N7 Shadow. A lot of people don't have a clue about how powerful this character is. They hate on her powers, they hate on her fraility, they hate on how difficult she is to use off-host... But I think they are just nuts.

- Most overrated: Geth Infiltrator. Looking at how godly other infiltrators are, and how fun they are to use as mixtures between power and weapon damage, not to mention how good at survival they are, I just fail to see what the fuzz is all about. It's not an overpowered kit for sure, or else you'd see it everywhere, being way too squishy and boring to use as a whole unless you are using crappier guns. Elitists absolutely love it, and speak about how amazing his melee is, but I think there are better, more fun infiltrators out there to be used.

- Best kit overall: Geth Trooper. This is not a matter of how fun the character is to use, but of how well everything synergizes when using it, and the Geth Trooper is pretty much overpowered. Monstruous damage output, high mobility, incredible defense, wallhax, and can be built as both powers and weapons build. It really is that good. However, since this robot is incredibly easy to use, that makes the kit awfully boring. I hate it when people use it, mostly because everyone tries to spray the Flamer when there are no enemies in range to be burned, and keep using it way after they die, obscuring your line of sight.

The easiest kit to solo Gold v Cerberus.

Lolno... The Shadow is trash. If she didn't have tac cloak... She'd be in the race for worse kit in the game.

Every Geth kit is amazing in one way or another...
