Paladin is cheese factory with that ridiculous SF, hence I don't like using him.
What do you mean?
SF goes through walls, primes everything and deals double damage with its cryosplosions. It is a very powerful, very spammable power especially with any kind of detonating teammate (GE, vanguards etc). I think the kit is quite boring:innocent: and too powerful.
Yeah, but I like him for his ED. I like ED stun->Wraith to the face over and over again, punctuated by a shield smack if they're not quite dead. I only use SF during hacking objectives and debuffing armor.
OT: QFE/AIU/DrellDept.
(I LOVE AIU. I use her a lot. I just don't think she's as OP as most make her out to be, unless she has a Reegar.

Underrated: QFE. A while back I would have said Drellguard but a lot of BSN has caught on now.
Best: Hard to say anything but GI as the best overall.

Overrated: Almost every Infiltrator and Vanguard
Underrated: All the Ex-Cerberus characters, Krogan Warlord
Best Overall: Geth Juggernaut. To me, anyone who hates this character is most likely upset that the juggs always steal the kills with dat Siege Pulse while providing invaluable support to the teammates with Hex Shields and Geth Drones.
You've got be trolling. Also Geth Juggernaut doesn't have a Geth Drone... Geth Drones aren't even a thing.
OT:
Overrated: Geth Juggernaut. It's outsurvived by Infiltrators, Vanguards, Krogans, Batarians and Volus (unless you're an idiot and decide to see how long you can finger a Banshee before she fists you).
Underrated: Phoenix characters, QFE, Warlord, Turian Havoc and Turian Saboteur
Best Overall: Quarian Male Infiltrator. The definition of easy mode - decent health, Tac Cloak, AoE stunlock, ease of killstreaks and, if you want there's even Tac Scan for wall hacks. If you're failing with this character then you shouldn't be playing said difficulty...
As for the GI, at least it requires some situational awareness (even if Hunter Mode means you don't need a lot) and it can't self-killstreak unless you get lucky with a Claymore or sniper vs. Geth without missiles.

Truth. The first kit I was comfortable playing on Gold with. I gotta blow the dust off of her and use her again.

If playing with juggys is actually a problem for you, then you need to L2P.
Seriously, juggys aren't that bad. If you stuggle when they're in the team, the problem is you, not the juggy. It's been nine months, get over it, already, they're just a kit like any other.
I don't have a problem playing with them, meh, I can hapilly play human adept in the flamer+overload team (actually, much more synergy than with juggie). I love to play as something tanky (or even squishy, depends on host) with three winfiltrators. I love to carry (or die trying) low-levels.
By no means I am good at the game, no, I'm somewhere in between meh and decent.
But I have a problem with juggy, that stupid kit should have never existed.
Wether you like it or not, syncs are important part of game balance, cmon, 2 fractions would have been a total cakewalk if not syncs.
And the tactics of the game vs carebears and rippaz were built around grab-avoidance.
Any decent player can kite banshee, can stop her if needed, knows how to avoid syncs. And any decent player has a tons of tricks versus phantoms. For some reason I enjoy those things, without them (and maradeurs/captains death squads) it would have been just a pure DPS race.
Juggy, by trivializing those things, renders the game stupid.

Juggies & Krolords (I believe) were created in response to what ended up being a punishing RNG store system for newer players. BW wanted to throw a bone to people who were going to have to play Gold/Platinum a ton just to hope of unlocking stuff, much less maxing out their manifests. People who've been playing the game for longer know how to use these kits to their fullest potential, but fundamentally they're training wheels. (Again, all mere speculation on my part.)
Whether they broke the game or not depends on how often you run into them. If I drop into a lobby with Juggies that have low N7 and/or challenge point ratings I leave and find another.
Back to topic: I guess that would put Juggy in the overrated category in the sense that too many people use him.

Just seems to have been left in the dust to me. with wrap and throw, the aa is more appealing. specced out of throw to go a tanky tech armour and wrap route might be nice but boring.
Juggs are overrated depending on how much experience you have. Not bad to me but eh there are so many more better options to go with even when it's specced for the offensive gun/tech burst build.

But when playing stim-packs, newbie can learn a lot (also, ghost should have never been an infiltrator). Stim-armigers teach ammo-crate locations, boss-habbits, turian habbits afterall...
Juggy teaches nothing but juggy. It's totally different kit, from totally different game (like if Taki and Mitsurugi where added to Fight Night). And on the battlefield it looks wierd, and the habits of bosses around him...

Sorry, Geth Turret.
OT:
Overrated: Geth Juggernaut. It's outsurvived by Infiltrators, Vanguards, Krogans, Batarians and Volus . . .
So you're writing that a character which has:
- The highest health and shield ratings in the MP game
- A melee power that concurrently rechanges shields
- A shield power that can be upgraded to be the size of an Atlas along with having the ability to also disable and damage enemies when passing through it
- Immunity to sync kills
- Immunity to stun
- An offensive power that can be evolved to provide damage protection
- A turret which can be evolved to provide shield bonuses to teammates
- A Hardened Platform evolution that can buff the damage of teammates
It seems to me that you are the one who's trolling.

Deerber has annihilated three spawns before the Juggers have had time to distract anything.
Juggernauts are simply too slow to keep up with other kits played by reasonably good players.

If you stay in the open, juggy is definitely better at surviving.
If you have some common sense: mobility and LoS breaking equals survivability.
Tac cloak allows you to immediately break LoS, then use any power without cooldown, and shoot with ridiculous bonus damage. While juggs melee locks you in animation... in the open.
1200 - 1400 shields with some DR, or ~1800-2000 without DR is more than enough to overcome platinum BS treshold and is easily achievable on a lot of kits. But there is never enough mobility.
Slap cyclonics IV on the GI and you will get an extremely survivable and easy to use kit, who doesn't need to recharge his shields cuz anything that is trying to "gate" him will be dead in a matter of seconds. But real men use him with adrenalin though...
Or slap shield power gear on weapon platform GT and he will never be gated.
Or build your TSent like this and enjoy your turbo-turian
Not to mention immortal KroSent.
All of them have no problems surviving anything.

But the enjoyment in watching players freak out when they mistake your deep-red colored siege-pulse spamming juggernaut for a prime is priceless. I'd play a juggernaut for that sole reason.
I've even had a game when a pug used a missile on me in a plat game vs. geth. So much win!
