I have been trying to purchase bioware points so I can buy Mass Effect 2 dlc but when I try it says:

"An error occurred while processing your request. If you canceled your purchase at the third party payment website, this error is expected. Code: NU2099"

I got a message also saying that the name I used for the card wasn't unique

I would greatly appreciate any help or advice.

I have found a way to buy the points.
You have to go to origin and buy the points for some reason.
