I got two thirds of the way through killing the High Dragon but then he just sat on his perch and I couldn't shoot arrows at it and it wouldnt come down.  I had two of my party dead but I might have been able to still take it if I could have only shot at it.  Anyone encounter this problem?

I had this same glitch once. Had to reload.
