 I'll be honest I bought Dragon Age mainly for the ME2 Blood Dragon armor, since that's the only DLC, promo item I don't for the trilogy. However, I've tried to do a research about that DLC content, can't found any solid info how it will even works.
So now, I bought  the game on Origin since it's on sale. But no Blood Dragon armor, only the The stone Prisoner DLC. That item expired, was never intended to come with the digital version or I miss something? Even support can't tell me how should it working.

From the wiki page:

"This DLC is available without extra cost to players who purchased a new copy of Dragon Age: Origins. In addition, unlocking the Blood Dragon armor set in Dragon Age: Origins will unlock it for use in Mass Effect 2. The code on the card located inside the new copy states that the download will expire April 30, 2010, but it has been used well beyond that date as of March, 2013."

You have to have the redeem code. I got mine when I got Dragon Age: Ultimate Edition.

Their wasn't any code via Origin store. However second time a helpful advisor helped me, so now I own the Blood Dragon armor for both games.
I also found some DLC bundle link at the Wiki, which unlocked a few small DLCs.
