Actually, if I remember correctly, the original "CE Warden is Bann" ended with a revolt happening anyway to the alienage, and I don't recall that it ensured that he stayed.

I'm specifically talking about verbal confirmation in DA:2.

Ce is bann because that was outside epilogue and well as far i rn that ce was in epilogue bann for long time and no revolt only that everything was great but well-being brought up other elves from rest of thedas.In witch hunt there isn't well-being and well in da 2 they ferelden have problems with elves i don't know only what with dwarf boon because other were pretty much invalid.

Exactly. Because I wouldn't be surprised if someone wrote up the whole subjugated elves thing before either the witcher or dragon age. 

So "who thought of it first" is a pointless discussions, because in the end we're all ripping off someone in some way.

They don't but they would mention that because that big case they also treated magi boon as it was successful but devs said that divine said nope where others talk about as it happened.
