I have had a lot of people ask me about the mods I use and how to use them, so I put together my own modding masterpost including pictures.  This is perhaps the most complete list of modding resources that I am aware of, and I plan on adding to it as I find more.  If there are any good modding links I am missing please let me know and I will update this list.  Also, let me know if any links are broken so I can edit or remove them.

Q. Is there any way to mod ME2 on the PS3?

There is, but modding is limited to gibbed save editor. There is still a lot you can do with gibbed modding wise though. I've never tried modding on console so I have no personal experience with that but here is a tutorial that might be helpful.

I do have one suggestion though..

Consider adding Fem Shep's ME3Tweaks blog to the ME3 resource list. Here you'll find the Coalesced Mod Manager, several fun & challenging mods, well thought-out tutorials, etc. Although it's no longer being updated, the site remains an invaluable modding resource.
