Someone mentioned a concept art of the Inquisitor executing someone and that got me thinking. Will we be able to have public executions as Inquisitor?

I'd like to burn the heretics, mages and elves.

We've been doing that since DAO. Any fool that steps up gets killed on the spot.

If you want to be a tyrant, I hope so. My Qunari warrior is gonna be a merciless tyrant who kills anybody in his way.

Yeah but the only public execution was Loghain. And maybe Nathaniel.

If Anders survives Dragon Age 2, maybe he can be burned.

Does look like it. Though she could also be either not the Inquisitor or "just" passing judgement. I think something this concept art lacks that all other pieces with the Inquisitor has is the Inqusition emblem.
Armor also looks a bit like Meredith's Templar armor.

Anyway, there it is.

That is probably it. Love the female Qunari Inquisitor.

Hmm... An axe... My Tyrant!Inquisitor prefers fire and pain.

Well, they kinda did it in Awakening, and since Inquisition is going to be Awakening on a much grander scale, I'm sure we'll be able to pass judgement on people. Whether we'll be able to see the executions done is anyone's guess.

Do certain things and you'll be locked out of certain content and may face certain consequences . Some players want to deny this will happen despite Laidlaw saying it can.
I won't be doing that kind of silliness as I want to experience as much of the game as possible . shrugs.

Must the Inquisitor always take a hands-on approach to things?
This is beneath me. Just appoint a minion to do this dirty work.

Good luck drawing and quartering the mouthy elves who do the same thing.

Hey, you dalish elves are hostile to city elves so you became fair game from that moment onwards.

My Inquisitor will be having one massive bonfire:
  • Qunari.
  • Dwarves (because their faces taste yummy when cooked).
  • Dalish elves.
  • Lelianna (mmm, love me some of that fiery red cooked flesh).
  • Mages.
  • Morrigan (her flesh will turn from pale to red soon enough).
  • Anders (his body will be the first fuelling flame).
Did I really say it would be a bonfire?

It's really a rotisserie and all are invited save for any who fall into the groups above. You lot can come but you'll be the fuel/food.

Hey, it's fair game. My elf can eat human, dwarf and qunari. It's not cannibalism. Mages (with the exception of Morrigan who will be filling my fat city elf's belly soon enough as he plucks the remainder of her flesh off her bones with his fat stubby fingers nearly choking to death on the meat as he laughs as the screams from the victims of the great rotisserie fill his ears) and elves won't be getting eaten though. They're just the fuel for the fire.

This is the face of my elf:

"Elves can't have beards!"

He doesn't. He ripped that beard off of a dwarf before he cooked him.

Remember that face. It is the face of death. The face of the beast that will eat you whole and spit your meager bones out.

There was Anders, although that one was seriously lame.

dalish elves hostile to city elves ?
Not true. The dalish accepted refugees from city elves in DAO and the city elves respected the dalish leaders in DA2. People need to go back and play the games. My guess is players who kill dalish will be attacked by dalish AND city elves and will have other troubles in cities with large Alienages/elven populations .

It's kind of hard to say much of anything about the Dalish since I'm pretty sure it's already been described that Dalish clans can differ a pretty good bit as a result of being separated from each other for long periods of time.

But it will be time for the Dalish get together, Arlathan at the same time roughly as DAI will start. Pretty sure that isn't a coincidence.
