So I played ME and ME2 on one of my PSN accounts. I was going to play ME3 on my new PSN account but when I went to new game it didnt list the ME2 data I had. I finished ME2. Is it because that save data is associated with that PSN account that it cant transfer to my new account because its not the same user?? I really wanna know and is there a way I can transfer the data?

You can't import because the ME2 save data is linked to the user. It seems you'll have to start from the beginning in this new account.

I thought so. Ok how bout this: If I make a new account on my PS3 (not PSN account, a new user on the PS3 itself) and if I play ME and ME2 offline it wouldn't be connected to any PSN user. Can I then transfer the ME2 data to my new PSN account. Since that ME2 account won't be connected to anyone since I will be playing offline

It's linked to the local user, not the PSN account.

You can buy the Genesis comic DLC and recreate your playthrough to a certain extent instead.
