So during conversations I'll start to lose voices and then as I'm walking around I get a constant clicking/static sound until eventuall I lose all audio. 

I'm using Realtek HD audio drivers for onboard sound.  Biostar M890-T7 motherboard.

Same for me man, in gunfigths the sound is constantly glitched. If anyone would have a solution for this I would be happy.

Have you updated your audio drivers as well as check for corrupt files? (either via digital provider checker or reinstall if physical copy)
