So my module has 220 area's, some big, some small.
But when I go to load it, it crashs, because of an area which is unbaked (this has been the case since i've started it).
Is there any tool/tip to check whats unbaked, so I can quickly bake it, instead of opening each one.
I've tried bake all, but it crashs halfway and closes down.
Any way to find unbaked area's.

If you've got 220 areas in a module that might be your problem too. If it's loads of different modules in a campaign then copy them and give them different names then run each one as a module to see which one crashes.
If you're sure it's an unbaked area that was there since you started it then open them one by one in the order you made them and check the bake with the walkmesh and baked tabs on to see which one it is. But the thing is that I've ran modules with unbaked areas before without a problem until you try to walk about and they've always loaded and opened.

It's always loaded when I know i've baked every area,
but if theres 1-5 areas unbaked, its like a 70% chance it'll crash.
Also happens in-game as well.
Like I was in one area, when i tried to go to another area, I'd crash. Check the toolset and the area would be unbaked.

I don't think an unbaked area will cause a crash if not trying to transit in it. If trying to do the transition then there is nowhere to walk, then a crash happens. So I'd say the unbacked one is the one you start at? It could also be backed, but there is not much space around the start location, happened to me once.

I agree with andysks and if it doesn't even load your module then it's probably the first area.
But why not just bake every area if you've known about this for so long and it's always happening ? There is no magic button that will just do all your baking for a campaign at once and why would you want one anyway ? Surely having made 220 areas you must have baked and looked at your walkmesh at some point as you went along otherwise you're really asking for trouble as you don't even know if all your placeables are screwing it up or not.

It's a lot of area's so when I'm building, I normally forget to bake atleast 1.
Going through every area at the moment, and found 1 unbaked.
When I'm done again, I'll post again on how many were unbaked/if it loads.

As for the starting area, it's in my first ever area built as it has always been

Well, there is the "Bake All Areas" option in the File menu...

Divide (in half) and conquer. You can find a single area within 2^n-1 (iirc) divisions if I remember my comp sci classes on search algorithms correctly. I guess if there are multiple problem areas it would take more work.

If you save in directory mode, you can also scan through the files to see what's missing. I don't remember exactly, but I think it's the .trx file that gets created for each area when baked.

It should be the trx. When it finishes baking it says saving trx.

Quick question;
What does (On prepare downloadable files) scanning then staging do?

OK, I've fixed it now.
Problem = Some area's were unbaked.
Solution = I used the "Make PWC File" tool.
I clicked it, it opened the first area which isn't baked, and then i cancelled, reopened, and baked.
I had 8-9 areas in total unbaked.
