You do know that a 18+ rating game doesn't have to include sex, right? There are plently of other contents that could lead a game to have 18+ rating.

Both great games but the interactive sex scenes were uncomfortable at best.

Like I said, I love good RPG games. And if a game has at least one RPG element - it is an RPG game. I have no reasons to move on like you said.

Roleplaying elements include customization. I think that by that definition 90% or more of all videogames are rpgs. Mariokart? You can choose character. CoD? Loadouts. Ryse: Son of Rome? You can buy and upgrade your executions, hp...Doom? You could choose which weapon to use. The Doctor Who google doodle?

You do know that a 18+ rating game doesn't have to include sex, right? There are plently of other contents that could lead a game to have 18+ rating.

Can you imagine a Dragon Age game without a mature scene? Why not make it interactive? It's just one short motion captured scene.

It could have some very interesting gameplay that should use gyroscope and accelerometer... Wait, mouse and keyboard doesn't have that. Well, I'm sure BioWare can make something acceptible.
