I was taking about games in general, since in your post it seems you believe that a mature game should have sex scenes. But yes, I can see a DA game without mature scenes. They aren't a core feature of the games.
And no, don't think an interactive sex scene is that interesting, expecially for gameplay reasons. I'm more interested in the real gameplay of a DA game, something you think it should be severely limited (along crafting, explaration and dialogue options), if not competely cut. And I'm glad that Bioware if focusing on those features, instead of actors, estensive mocapping or interactive sex scenes.

Any gameplay is limited. Even your avarage 50-hours-long game comes to an end eventually. There is no need to add more and more features and gameplay. It's better to stop on few things, but make them brilliant.
