I see what you did there, Goody Proctor.
That aside, I'd say it's more likely than not.

I don't oppose the possibility, but there's little evidence, so my opinion on the matter ends.

Ok, so I have had my own experiences with the "paranormal", but I am here to discuss my GF's experience from yesterday. She has only had one other one, as a child in New Orleans. She is (in my very biased opinion) a credible source, and I cannot imagine any reason why she might fabricate this.
She was at work alone at 4 am (she is a bartender) and was finishing up, putting some citrus in the walk-in refrigerator. She claims that she went in, the door closed and she was talking to herself. Something like "why do these jerks not keep things more organized??"
As soon as the words left her lips she felt a presence behind her. All her hair stood on end, and she froze up, heart racing. She forced herself to look, and as she turned her head, a dark mass darted from her left across the walk-in behind her. She screamed and ran out, locked up and drove away. The fear was still making her shaky the next day, when she returned with some co-workers to finish her paperwork.
I do doubt it but i'm absolutely open and interested in being proven wrong at some point

One of the most interesting articles I have read on theories of alternate reality.
There are hundreds of different realities that exist like one where everything is made out of meat and one that everything is upside down and one that we are all tiny mice while the mice are really big.

Shadow people?
Doesn't matter, there is only one logic.
Multiple realities, whether or not they exist, would all necessarily be based on the same principle.
Much like my belief on there being a god or not, there is insufficient data to make any guesses.
We can't prove that there is, but neither can we prove that there isn't. The only logical conclusion is that both are a possibility.
@Cyonan: Try to resist being so damn logic-y all the time... ![]()
I think there is another state of existence after our deaths. I think the major mental block for people considering this other state of existence is the pretext of religious beliefs.
From my own personal experience there is most definitely something else after our deaths, And theres a chance that it has absolutely nothing to do with a religious afterlife.
Yes, I venture into one of them daily.
I wish I could go to an alternate reality were I could spawn in items and stuff like Gmod and make rocket bathtubs and go flying through space with it.
Even if you can't rule them out without any actual reason to believe they exist there's no rational reason for doing so. Lack of knowledge isn't a reason to entertain any wild idea (and the "there's lots we don't know" argument could always be used no matter the state of our knowledge, so is meaningless).
There had better be, this one sucks.
There had better be, this one sucks.
Nah, this one's great! (It has rainbows! And puppies!). Some of the people and ideas in it suck though.

Recon just wants to find that magical mirror so he can go to Equestria and be with Luna forever.
There is no evidence, but if you want to hear a good argument that speaks for the theory of multiple universes: everything in our plane of existence is very numerous, there is billion of suns, billion of galaxies, an ungodly amount of atoms - and yet there is only one big bang? Singular? One universe?
I can't even find out if this "reality" exists
I still haven't solved this.
Recon just wants to find that magical mirror so he can go to Equestria and be with Luna forever.
I've been known to defend Recon from that kind of behavior.
Instead.
This is not the place for it.
Recon said this reality sucks though and that is why, Gravisanimi.
I didn't always believe that there were other realms of reality, but then I saw this.
