I don't Know any particular DS banner, sorry. However here is the only DS picture which some color banners, That I have found.

Probably the wemic?? in the picture is caused by a mistake of the artist; because there is no wemics now a days in Athas. Also his full metalic armor don't fit well with the DS universe....
Anyway if you Don't like this kind of banners, please feel free to use any banner that you consider suitable....

Go looking in "Modules" for the ABC Challenges that Henesua organized and seek out "PHoD - The Black Book" or (as it's a FAR better Module) "PHoD - The Silver Sphere". Though CC was strictly limited, Starbright had to have her silly little top, so it's in the Hak somewhere. Just poke about between the Undead Animals and you'll find it.
Shem:- Thanks for the image. From what can be seen, there's a different sigil on each banner, but if there's no particular official Dark Sun set of flags then I'll use these as a starting point, since there are Mekillots in the picture too... Though the image does make me wonder...
"...Even as Kandu let off his firecracker, he realized his mistake - three seconds later the Mekillots were trampling through the cheering crowd, squashing hundreds underfoot and eating several important city officials..."
Mecheon:- Are they nice? Are they good? Put a link of some sort and I'll have a look at them.
AAA-HHAAAAA! I was right all along! YOU DO GET MOUNTED MEKILLOTS! See! Look at the Obvious Houda Thing WITH RIDERS on top of that Mekillot! Glorious Justification is mine! Mine, All Mine! Complete vindication of my Mekillotular Theories!!! I was right! Foam, froth!
NOTHING IN THE WORLD CAN STOP ME NOW!

They are!
If you use these, please credit ManMythLegend cause he made 'em and generously gave them out to whoever's use.
Lemme know if you want the merchant house ones as well

Hm. All completely the wrong shape for the Mekillot banners, with the exception of Nibenay, so it's either that one or the one in the MOUNTED Mekillot image above that looks a bit like a sort of ornate capital 'A' (in front of the more distant Mekillot).
I might use that latter one as it's less specific, rather than limiting builders to having Mekillots only from a single city.
That said... I like the Nibenay one...
PS:- I'll forgive the artist for the Wemic and his metal armour, Shem, because he painted MOUNTED Mekillots and those Jhakar are not too far off my rubbish version either.

Bone and obsidian daggers, made from my previous work; Dedicated to Draygoth28. Maybe the bone dagger, also could be use as a Kris knife in a DUNE module.....
The Bard’s friend: Is a weapon popularized by the bards of Balic, this weapon sports several blades and prongs. Bards normally coat the blades with poison; The nature of the weapon makes it easy to poison....

Just a quick offer, since I'm really in the flow of HA-VFX, are there any really cool bits of DS headgear you'd like to see?
Edit: I'm thinking of that circlet-halo thing on the dwarf and maybe a leather & fang crown...
Edit 2: ok, did the crown of fangs :-)

This DS mage-halo thingie was much harder than it looked :-P
The interaction of the object's alpha, the alpha mapped texture and the .txi commands had me tweaking for the last two hours :-/

(revised mage-halo)
Inspired by this:

Ten days left for the month`s end, a few suggestions:
Placeables: giant bones of long dead draconic creatures (essential for any sword&sorcery desert) or an exotic camp tents (for the Thri-kreen or the gith).
A few inventory icons: bone jewelry, bone coins, etc.

@Draygoth28 - Me too...
I'm wondering, if could be possible, to apply a script, to a certain weapon, in order to change its default sounds. Something like that would be very useful with my bone and obsidian blades, to avoid that the have the metallic sound, that their kind of weapons have as default???

The sounds are tied to the baseitem. That said, it is certainly possible to create new baseitems for your bone and stone weapons and apply different sound sets in the baseitems.2da under the column "WeaponMatType" which is an index into the weaponsounds.2da.Shemsu-Heru wrote...

Copy the longsword line (1) to the end and renumber it. change the WeaponMatType to something more... er, "bone-ish" (edit: perhaps the axe (16)?) and perhaps change the stats. Give it a try :-)

Every hak begins with a single model :-)Shemsu-Heru wrote...
Thank you Rolo. That could be a possibility, However I would have to create a lot of new kind of weapons, for the non metallic versions of each one......
You do *not* need the full range of variations present in Longswords (for example) in your new baseitem. It is a *new* baseitem and you can start with just a single entry. They do not even need to be the 3-part models that the default longsword uses, though I think you've already used that configuration.
@ Henesua: You can even add to the weaponsounds.2da to put in completely new soundsets. But be forwarned, you need sounds for all the different materials the weapon might *hit* (the columns in weaponsounds.2da).
I really do like how tricky you can get with 2das ;-)

I must say that so far I am impressed with both the number and standard of the submissions so far. In fact, as someone who knows very little about the dark sun setting, there is only one thing that I am slightly disappointed with. No one is/has making/made a nightmare beast.
WRONG.
Be afraid, be very afraid... The Rubbish PHoD Nightmare Beast IS coming soon to a desert near you...
