May migrate my little Williams-audio replacement project there eventually, at any rate. Thanks for the heads-up.

Yes. I had to say I forgot my password when trying to sign into the forum. That allowed me to sign in that way. Once that was done, I had to ask them to send the new registration information again. This time it came instantly. Finally I was in. I then had trouble uploading files because I wasn't the author. Could have been coincidence but under properites for my files I went to the Detail tab and chose "Remove Properties and Personal Information" to finally get the files up.

I think they're still working out the kinks from the upgrade.

The site is actually starting to run really smoothly also. It's been so slow for so long, last night I was clicking and pages were loading near-instantly!
BTW, DarkOne mentioned ME3 in his post, here: http://www.nexusmods...im/news/12224/?
Way to be on the ball. Once we hit 30 mods, then ME3 should get it's own customized Nexus page, and *I think* it'll be put on the homepage for the site, along with Skyrim, etc
We can't wait to finish ThaneMOD and get it uploaded, wewt.

Just read his post, indeed cool that he mentioned 'us'. Ahh might look into putting my Mass Effect 2 mods on there some time in the future as well, once I get around to converting the texmods I have for 3 that have similar wraps. Exciting!

That sounds like a great idea. And, really, with the scare that we just had regarding BSN Projects, it would be smart for as many people to get their stuff uploaded as possible, for all 3 games.
One thing that sucks that is a lot of people aren't around anymore and aren't maintaining their Project pages. It would be a shame to lose track of some of these mods. If we get to the point where BW is threatening removal of the Project Pages again, the members of the modding community who still are here might want to work on getting some of the unmaintained BSN mods uploaded to the Nexus anyway. With the caveat of providing the original author credit in the mod title (as is frequently done on the Nexus).
Of course that assumes the original authors can't be tracked down in some manner.

Yeah that's my biggest worry to be honest. We've got so so many mods spread over a number of games new and old all hosted here.
I think if we had a group of people volunteer, then it could be pretty manageable to get things moved over there. Maybe a half dozen people or so. Just need to be clear that the mod functions, but won't be supported. It's basically posted to retain availability.
I'll certainly help out, once my schedule slows after we get out v1.0 of ThaneMOD.

EDIT: And I also put MEEM up on Nexus. It may have its rough edges but I am happy it found a home again after being offline for a while.

Also, looks like DarkOne got around to customizing the site. So, technically, there is now an ME3 Nexus!

Also, modding single player is ok with BW. So you don't have to be worried about getting punished for using SP mods.

Depending on when I could possibly help, though I'm already doing the blogs atm so it'd be better picked up by others. Obviously I'd jump in if we lack volunteers if that time comes.giftfish wrote...
