You still find watching the late 70s Battlestar Galactica and Buck Rogers fun to watch?

I watched Buck Rogers when the episodes were still on Netflix instant and I own both version of BSG on DVD and both shows are still awesome for different reasons. Buck Rogers had some hot women in slinky outfits, some great special effects for the time, fun plots. Both BSG and Buck Rogers were pretty campy but offered tons of fun and some memorable characters.

Oh Buck Rogers.... Twiki and Erin Gray and the hilarious dancing. Still has great theme tune but personally it crossed the line when Hawk joined. It got to silly afterwards.
Classic BSG still has some interesting ideas - female pilots etc - intercut with the campier stuff, but it was always slightly darker than other TV sci-fi at time. I can still rewatcvh and enjoy it, even if some aspects grate occasionally. Now Galactica 1980 is whole other story.

I tried to watch classic BSG some years ago. I left it halfway through the pilot. The Darwin award granted to all human leadership excluding Adama was a too much.

Classic BSG is a bit hit-or-miss for me, but the misses often work as camp.
Buck Rogers can work as camp too, but if I'm really in the mood for camp I'll watch Batman.

I also have fond memories about Flash Gordon.

Are you talking about the 1980 Flash Gordon? Because I've been wanting to theme a Halloween party around that for years. Imagine the possibilities!Neofelis Nebulosa wrote...

A few years back, I was trying to find a copy of it, and it was much more difficult than you would think! The only hits I had were on ebay, and were for about $700 for a VHS tape. No thanks.
To answer the OP, I was pretty young when that stuff was on originally, and it never really caught my attention. So...nah.
