Destroy honestly gives you everything you need. Shepard breathing, the LI/Companion not putting the plaque on the wall. It goes so far out of its way to tell you everything is going to be okay (especially in the EC and Citadel) that if you still think Shepard will die in the rubble you are just willfully starting to refuse it on purpose.

I agree, Why on Earth would the breath scene be watching Shepard die when all they had to do was simply not show it at all then have the LI/Companion throw Shepard's name on the death wall. Showing Shepard breathing and the LI not giving up hope are sure signs that Shepard is most certainly alive at the end of destroy.

Isn't the current series explanation for why the Reapers are interested in humans that Shepard destroyed Sovereign? If so, that's much much better than "humans are genetically diverse" which is, at best, flat out wrong.

Yeah I really hated that human genetic diversity thing. I avoided as much dialogue as I could that touched on the subject during Mordin's loyalty mission. Thankfully it never rears its ugly head beyond that.

Off topic, but did it bother anyone else when Joker says that Mordin asked him how many livers humans have? You'd think a scientist of his caliber, who presumably has experience with the physiology of multiple species, should know this basic fact already.

Cool, then explain the sucktastic delivery and the comicon troll.

Notice, I have no doubt that BEFORE the EC showing us that Shepard made it was the intent, hell I have a pm from a dev saying so. But after the EC "No guys, it might be his last breath...TROLOLOL" notice that even that dev that was swearing that Shepard lived linda DROPPED out of existence all of a sudden and stopped advocating it?

No...**** that

the brad studies are his downfall, I am not surprised, it is actually fairly realistic

I thought it was a joke on Mordin in ME2 working on curing Joker's Vrolik's Syndrome only to realize his "cure" would cause liver failure

Well... if it was Chris Priestly, then no surprise. He never liked Bioware fans to begin with. He left this year, already tired of us. He just trolled for the sake of trolling.

If it was Chris Hepler... I don't know what to say. Maybe he was tired of the ****storm about the endings.

Tully Auckland (former BioWare moderator) confirmed he is alive.

moar pruhf!

The ME2 design is a bit weird. Mordin's got different stuff to say when you talk to him, but most everyone else doesn't except for the full convos.

I thought he was the only character they did that for because you stop by his section of the Normnady so much for research upgrades.

Being a quirky scientist, I would hope that he is the one with the most to say. If there was ever a Back to the Future crossover of Mass Effect, he'd be Doc Solus.

Then just let it rest crimzon, don't believe that because someone trolled Shepard's fate it means the actual truth. Hell, even a dev told you Shepard is alive, not to mention Tully Auckland's statement.

Nevermind that dude who trolled. It''s not canon.

He planted the seed, Argentoid, just like Cobb did in Inception. The idea spreads like a disease.

That's a thing called dev trolling. Not the devs fault you took it to heart.

dev trolling. Think about it. You only get these scenes with a high EMS score. With a low score Shepard's name is put on the wall and you get no breath scene. In one he is dead for sure and the other goes out of its way to show otherwise.

Right, trolling after a faux pas that costed them 50k JUST in uploading fees? REALLY?

Again, EA should take a page from MS when it comes to dealing with people like this

Yes, really.

And "trolling" is definitely an exaggeration. You make it sound malicious, when it was very playful in nature.

Intent means **** if it is received the wrong way, Remember Adam orth?

Worse given the context it was in very poor taste

It wasn't in "very poor taste" (lol), and the audience there even picked up on his joking tone.
