Using available powers and simply shuffling around some kits:

1. Drell adept #2
Reave
Stasis
Lift Grenades
Human Adept biotic palm Heavy Melee
N7 Fury Light Melee
Drell passives and drell dodge.

2. N7 Shadow #2
Cloak
Shadow Strike
Nightshade Blades
Everything else exactly the same.

3. Human Infiltrator #2 (because hanar spectre is more likely than a QFI doing aerial cartwheels! :P)

I did SP run, a trying to make Shepard as OP as possible. Ended up having Biotic charge, Tac cloak, Adrenaline rush, inferno grenades, Nova, warp, Incendiary ammo, with a Reegar. So grossly overpowered that I never use Inferno grenades or even warp. Everything dies in less than a Reegar clip. Kind of pointless to get that powerful when the enemies are all practically bronze material. I should buff the enemy stats to platinum level, but then I'd need to edit the coalesced more than I want and it's a pain to do that.

Salarian STG Soldier

Both of them get weapon damage boost when using venom or scorpion (STG passives.)

Asari Mercenary:
- Tech Armor (maybe just for a look from ME2 with better armor than Combat Leather Suit appropriate for post-apo),
- Warp (as armor debuff),
- Dominate (to balance - not working against armored units),
- weapon damage and stability passives (focused on shotguns),
- slightly better fitness than standard asari, so Tech Armor would have any sense used for damage resistance. Not too overpowered, because there's no fun without risk.

Drell Commando Sentinel

Dual weapon wielding
Tech Armor
Warp Reave

Dual wielding allows any combination of pistol and/or SMG.
When the skill is not activated, the Drell will use only its first weapon.
Activation of the skill has a low-cooldown, but also increases other cooldowns.
One shoots the second weapon with the zoom button. Accuracy of both weapons is decreased.
Evolution tree could include choices in reduction of cooldown penalty, reduction of accuracy penalty, (slight) augmentation of RoF..

Usual Drell fitness and passives.


Bonus points for BSN hipster build skipping the dual wielding, and equipping a shotty instead.

Phoenix type heavy melee
Phase disruptor like light melee.

Different melee than standard salarian, perhaps an Omni-blade stab like Human Soldier, or similar

Model with heavier armor than standard salarian.
