I don't know, either it would be a ping pong game of stupid comments or I would sit around silently with Kaidan, both of us feeling awkward XD. Maybe we can combine that - Garrus is just witty as usual and Kaidan and me are standing at the side pretending we never saw that Turian in our whole lifes and he just randomly followed us.

 Either Liara, Ashley, or Kelly...

Liara and Kelly I feel are approachable and friendly. Ash would be one of those "let's raise hell together, get ripped, and have good casual friend hookups"... Is that even a title?

Anyway, Miri would be too much of a challenge... I'd feel an intimidation factor and have to pick and choose my words carefully around her... Not for my Shep though, he always know what to say and do lolz

Would love to talk tech with Tali, or science with Mordin, though they're experts from the future and would put me to utter shame.
Kaidan sounds nice on paper, but it would boil down to a silent awkward-fest in real life.
Garrus, I feel, could get along with anyone. Might fine me boring, to be honest.
Maybe Legion, too, always been a bit better with machines than people.

Lol xD quite the win and makes me think if I didn't like some of the side characters more.

Balak's honorable lieutenant Charn is certainly an okay guy, would definitely want Kal'Reegar as a café buddy.

The biotic god volus would be invited for entertainment, Mordin would just be epic... Am I sounding fanboyish, it sure feels like it, oh well.

But they all have quite the adventurous lifes, so it would be a bit intimidating xD I'm not that traumatized, actually.

 None actually. Don't get me wrong, I like the characters in the MEU. They're the reason I enjoy the games so much. The problem is that I'd probably just bore them. They have interesting lives, I don't.

Out of romance options, it'd have to be Tali. Sweet, playful, and can share a drink with her and you'd always have a laugh.

Out of the bros, it'd probably be Jacob, so we can go spill some drinks on the citadel. Garrus has always seemed to have a sort of passive-aggressive superiority issue, otherwise he'd be good fun. I'm in 2 minds about James - he'd make a great gym partner, but between the roid rage-like attitude and his bro-like attitude to sex, he'd tire me pretty quick.

Outside of squadmates, probably Steve Cortez. Nice guy, if a little sensitive, but once he's over his personal stuff, s'all good.

I think I'd get along with most of the characters. though I might be a tad uneasy around javik, thane, & jack. maybe one or two others.

trained killers tend to be a tad cautious around each other.

Tali or Garrus maybe. I'd like to say Zaeed, but no. None of them if I'm being truthful, I have like next to no social skills.

Garrus is the obvious choice, but that's cause I'd be head over heels for him.

I think in terms of friendship.... Tali definitely would be one of my besties. She's super nerdy and just an all around nice person. I could see myself going shopping with her, staying up late to watch awful romantic comedies, making terrible inside jokes.

Jack because she reminds me of my big sister. I understand her, and I would want to be a rock for her. Plus, we could cuss like sailors together.

EDI, I'd never get tired of answering her questions about humans. The novelty of an actual AI would never grow old, she's just hilarious.

Joker, his dry sense of humour meshes perfectly with mine. But maybe I'm just projecting my Seth Green crush on to him, I've been crushing on him since he was Oz in Buffy. Adorable tiny ginger man.

I could see being friends with Kasumi too. She's charismatic and charming, she can be really funny, and I totally get the 'observing' part of her personality. She likes to watch rather than be in the middle of things, I do too.

Ken and Gabby would be a hoot to bring along as drinking buddies.
