You are only a good TGI Harrier user if you can outscore everyone.
I've outcored PUGs using TGI Harrier, but this is of course not really challenging.

^Garrus dropped the logic bomb that you define good TGI/Harrier player as always outscoring everyone, so I guess it is really impossible.

No problem with the Venom Drellguard.. on Gold. Platinum... Inferno Nade Reegar cheese will do the job. Gotta use AOE to your advantage...
