 "Could not connect to Master Server, some multiplayer services may not be available"

I get  that message everytime I try to connect , and I checked my Internet conextion and it's all fine. Anyone knows why this problem may be?

The master server has been down for a long time now, so just ignore the message and click okay. However, you should know that GameSpy no longer supports NWN. To connect to a server you need to know their IP and Direct Connect to the server, but there are other methods as well. You can read more here:

If you install this you'll avoid that message and be able to see most servers. You will still have to manually connect to others:

It really isn't. You can still connect to every server you used to be able to -- sometimes you just need to enter the address manually. Effectively nothing has changed -- the master server wasn't all that useful in the first place, not even for security.

And where can I find those server's IP?
I have found some on this forum, are they all? or there's a special place with a list or something?

Well, if you install that link I mentioned you'll be able to see most of them.

I tried to install those files, but it said that there was something wrong with the "Loader" file :C

What exactly did it say was wrong? Did you have an antivirus block it? Because it IS modifying part of your game's files, I believe, to allow it to bypass the master server -- so you have to override your antivirus.
